TruthBot

Almost certainly the world's only Truth Social --> Matrix Bridge.

Usage

TruthBot is configured through environment variables:

  • TRUTH_TOKEN - access token of a Truth Social account
  • TRUTH_TARGET_USER - username of the Truth Social account to pull truths from
  • TRUTH_TARGET_SHORT - short name for the target user (used for redis key)
  • MATRIX_HOMESERVER - matrix homeserver URL
  • MATRIX_USER_ID - matrix user ID for the bot
  • MATRIX_DEVICE_ID - matrix device ID for the bot
  • MATRIX_OWNER_ID - matrix user ID of the bot owner
  • MATRIX_CHANNEL_ID - matrix channel ID to post truths to
  • BOT_ACCESS_TOKEN - access token for the bot
  • REDIS_HOST - redis server hostname
  • REDIS_PASSWORD - redis server password
